• Tooling & Material Selection : Choose tools and materials to support quality and cost-efficiency.
• Process Optimization : Analyze operations and recommend improvements to reduce cycle times and enhance productivity.
• Quality Assurance : Conduct first-article inspections and oversee production quality.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting : Support routine maintenance efforts and minimize downtime.
• Team Collaboration : Work with design, engineering, and production teams to interpret blueprints and CAD models.
• Documentation : Keep accurate process logs and documentation of tool changes and machine performance.
