Utilize industry-standard tools and equipment to execute repairs efficiently. Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle issues and recommended services. Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards. Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques. Work collaboratively with team members to meet service goals and deadlines. Document all services performed and parts used in a clear and concise manner. Provide excellent customer service to foster long-term relationships with clients. High school diploma or equivalent; automotive certification required. Minimum of 5 years of experience as an automotive mechanic. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. ASE certification is a plus, demonstrating expertise in automotive repair. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methods.
