Depot Service Technician

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Primary Duties :

• Disassembles, cleans, repairs, and reassembles pipettes and equipment.
• Performs inspections on units received for component defects and ensures all repair work meets established quality standards.
• Completes related paperwork such as work sheets, part usage tallies, and repair estimates.
• Expedites priority orders through the database system.
• Contributes in meeting established turn-around-time requirements and standards.
• Reassembles pipettes and follows through on customer instructions relating to orders, such as requests for additional parts.
• Follows testing procedures for pipettes and equipment.
• Tests and evaluates, pipettes to meet the appropriate standards.
• Completes related database entries and associated paperwork
• Accounts for parts used and directs orders to the next stage in process.
