Position Purpose :

Analyze architectural documents and create meticulous millwork shop drawings that meet and exceed client standards and expectations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Drafting Excellence : Create detailed and accurate architectural millwork drawings using AutoCAD.
• Quality Assurance : Ensure high accuracy, minimizing internal revisions and delivering impeccable work.
• Deadline Mastery : Complete projects within estimated hours and meet all deadlines.
• Proactive Problem Solving : Anticipate and address potential issues before they arise.
• Clear Communication : Maintain alignment with core values through transparent and effective communication.

Qualifications :

Educational Background : High school diploma or GED.

Experience : 5+ years in Architectural Millwork (engineering experience preferred); Minimum 6 months in Architectural Millwork Engineering.

Technical Proficiency : Expertise in AutoCAD 2D and ability to read and understand commercial construction drawings.

Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with millwork production methods and fabrication techniques.

Problem-Solving Skills : Strong ability to resolve issues through exhaustive research and presenting multiple solutions.

Continuous Improvement : Drive to learn and grow within the millwork industry.

Technical Skills :

AutoCAD 2D

Microsoft Office + Teams
