Resident Assistant Job Details :

  • Hours : Part-time and Full-time Available
  • Shift : Morning Shift 6am - 2 : 15pm, Evening Shift 2pm - 10 : 15pm, and Overnight Shift 10pm - 6 : 15am Available
  • Pay : $18 - $22 / hour
  • Location : 215 37th Ave N, St Cloud, MN 56303 - Talamore St. Cloud

    • Resident Assistant Job Responsibilities :

  • Assist residents with ADL’s (Activities of Daily Living) as indicated on the individualized service agreement
  • Help each resident to reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence.
  • Provide residents with both physical and emotional support.
  • Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per the resident service agreement
  • The Resident Assistant observes clients and reports changes in physical and emotional condition such as change in attitude, loss of appetite, weight, etc. to case manager.
  • Interact with residents to provide reassurance, engagement, and redirection as appropriate.
  • Complete all required documentation daily, service schedule, flow sheet, communication book, etc.

    • Resident Assistant Qualifications :

  • 6 months of experience in long term care or assisted living residence preferred but not required.
  • Registered as a Nursing Assistant, Home Health Aid or Certified Nursing Assistant preferred but not required.
  • Ability to make responsible choices and decisions and act in the resident’s best interests.

    • Morning Shift 6am - 2 : 15pm, Evening Shift 2pm - 10 : 15pm, and Overnight Shift 10pm - 6 : 15am
