JOB PURPOSE :
The Residential Marketing Manager is a vital member of the First Federal Bank Mortgage team and plays a critical role in supporting all the marketing initiatives. This individual is responsible for the creation, coordination, and analysis of marketing programs built to drive mortgage related business to the sales team. The Residential Marketing Manager will oversee the CRM, website elements and execute mortgage marketing and advertising initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes. The Residential Marketing Manager will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and work closely with the leaders of First Federal Bank's Mortgage Division.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Executes the development of sales materials, advertising and communication plans to drive results for the business.
- Responsible for website content, landing pages, and email campaigns for the mortgage team. This includes setup, measuring and optimizing.
- Engages and works collaboratively with the internal corporate marketing team and other internal / external stakeholders in the successful execution of marketing and communication strategies and goals.
- Responsible for day to day campaign management and optimization. Working closely with a variety of creative and analytic business partners. Includes working to develop standardized methods and executing mortgage marketing best practices.
- Maintains and enhances current knowledge with understanding of new methodologies and market trends affecting marketing communications, as well as changes in the financial services industry and enhancements in technology and communications platforms.
- Assist, manage or coordinate mortgage tradeshows, grand openings, and other community events.
- Maintain corporate branding, standardized advertising, and ensure other corporate initiatives are completed and adhere to branding and compliance policies.
- Make recommendations for developing short and long term plans and budgets for the marketing / communications / public relations program and its activities, monitor progress, assure adherence and evaluate performance.
- Develop, coordinate and oversee programs, technical assistance and resource materials to divisions in the marketing, communications and positioning of their activities.
- Monitor mortgage trends and make recommendations to modifying goals or execution strategies.
- Provides the best service to our customers with innovative and creative solutions.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
5-10+ years direct marketing experience to translate mortgage goals into marketing, newsletters, and email campaigns, advertising and communication strategies and plans.Results driven with expertise in quantitative analytics to determine success of campaigns.Excellent communication, human relations, negotiation and strategic planning skills.A record of success in delivering creative, impactful marketing solutions with measurable outcomes.Thorough knowledge of digital platforms, marketing, advertising and communication principles and practices in a multimedia environment, including thorough knowledge of media (both traditional and emerging).Excellent organizations skills to managing competing demands and prioritize output.Proficient in a variety of marketing, presentation, and design software programs :CRM Systems (i.e. Total Expert and Hubspot), and website platforms
