Seven Healthcare is seeking a dedicated full-time Speech Language Pathologist to join a reputable healthcare facility in La Follette, Tennessee . Key Responsibilities :

  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide therapy to improve communication and swallowing skills
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapy teams for optimal patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulations
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and progress
  • Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and discharge planning

    • Requirements :

  • Active Tennessee Speech Language Pathologist license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Strong communication, assessment, and treatment planning skills
  • Previous clinical or rehabilitation experience preferred
