Checkered Flag Automotive Group i s looking for a Service Washer to join our team in Virginia Beach, VA!

What We Need

  • Self-motivated individuals
  • Passion for the automotive industry
  • Focus on serving customers

What Our Prep Washers Do

  • Washes, cleans, and details exterior and interior of vehicles
  • Straighten rows, washes inventory, and generally assists in maintaining the appearance of the lot
  • Ensures the dealership meets or exceeds the manufacturer’s national average for customer satisfaction
  • Maintains safe work environment
  • Understands, keeps abreast of, and complies with federal, state and local regulations that affect service operations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA right-to-know, etc
  • Complete required company and manufacturer training
  • Completes all other projects and duties as assigned

    • Your Pre-Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Able to operate an automatic and manual transmission

    • Must have a valid driver's license with 4 or fewer moving violations in the last 3 years

    Major violations in the last 3 years, such as DUI or Reckless Driving, will disqualify candidates
