  • Work Dates Needed : Nov 1, 2025 (or as soon credentialed) thru Oct 31, 2026 w / an option to extend for an additional year
  • Preferred Schedule : Full Time; 40 hours per week. Business Hours : Monday - Friday; 7 : 30am - 4pm with 1 / 2 hr lunch period. Clinic Days : Monday, Wednesday and Friday. OR Schedule Days : Tuesday & Thursday from 7 : 30am-4pm. No Federal Holidays. Position does require call (weekends, weekday, some holidays). On Call Coverage : Monday - Friday from 4pm -7 : 30am the following day. Weekend & Holiday on call : 7 : 30am -730am the following day (24 hours). Weekends are considered Sat & Sun.
  • Worksite Setting : VA Hospital
  • Licenses, Certifications, Requirements : Active / unrestricted Medical License in any state. Must be Board Certified by American Board of Urology with 2 yrs or more of experience (BE won't be considered). BLS & ACLS. Technical Proficiency. Current Immunizations : (Must also be able to produce the standard immunization record for credentialing (MMR, Varicella, Tdap, PPD, Influenza & COVID). NPI. Current DEA
