Leading consumer goods company is seeking a driven and personable Recruiting Coordinator to join their team for an immediate contract role. This role works onsite. Local candidates only.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general support to the recruiting team
- Assist in communicating with applicants and external agency partners
- Coordinate and schedule interviews
- Conduct initial phone screens as needed
- Maintain recruitment process for various roles, keeping applicants and recruiting team up-to-date on the process
- Update and maintain Open Jobs report on a daily and weekly basis

1-3 years corporate recruiting / recruitment support experienceStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage a variety of tasks and prioritize as neededHigh level of attention to detailSavvy working within Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelExperience working within an ATS system preferredFamiliarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and other relevant job boardsSeniority and Employment Details
