Real Estate Counsel - Leasing

A company is looking for a Temporary Real Estate Counsel (Leasing expert).

Key Responsibilities

Draft, negotiate, and review commercial lease agreements for various properties

Conduct analysis of existing leases to identify risks and optimization opportunities

Assist with real estate due diligence in M&A transactions and prepare property-related agreements

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited institution; active bar membership required

Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial real estate law, focusing on leasing

Familiarity with ESG frameworks and M&A due diligence is a plus

Exceptional drafting and negotiation skills

Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting
