Residential Sales Representative

Clearwave Fiber | Full-Time | Field-Based | $2,000 Sign-On Bonus

What You'll Be Doing

Owning your territory - walk 3-5 miles daily connecting with homeowners

Knocking doors and closing deals - work in the field from 2 PM to 7 PM

Representing Clearwave Fiber with confidence, energy, and integrity

Educating customers about our ultra-fast fiber internet and helping them make informed decisions

Supporting local growth - participate in community events and weekend outreach (one Saturday per month)

Requirements

What You'll Need to Succeed

A self-starter mindset - you're motivated and proactive

Strong communication and interpersonal skills - you're confident, approachable, and a natural connector

Physical stamina - this is an active role, often outdoors

Comfort with mobile tech tools (Must have a mobile phone with access to apps for selling in the field.)

Reliable transportation to get to and around your territory

Must be 18 or older

No prior sales experience required - we'll train the right people
