Join our team as a Field Service Technician performing field diagnosis and repair of digital copiers, printers, and multifunction machines for new and long-term customers. Your territory includes the Grand Island area with assistance in surrounding territories as needed. What we offer :

We support our Field Service Technicians both inside and outside of the office and strive to provide a healthy work / life balance.

Work hours are Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm! $20 to $25 an hour based on experience!

Annual bonus opportunity of up to $1,000.00!

Diagnosing and repairing hardware issues with copiers and printers in professional office environments Working within a team of supportive professionals Interacting with customers in a positive and professional manner Driving a company-provided vehicle stocked with the tools and parts required to be effective at your job Putting your technology interests and problem-solving skills to use every day Skills you bring : Some knowledge and interest in computers, electronics, and digital technology Ability to interact professionally with customers and provide solutions Demonstrated desire and ability to learn new information Organizational skills and strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to operate a motor vehicle and maintain a current, unrestricted driver’s license Ability to lift 75lbs and push / pull heavy equipment with assistance Benefits and Perks Our comprehensive benefits package includes, but is not limited to : competitive compensation; medical, dental, and vision insurance; disability insurance; life insurance; matching 401k; paid holidays and accrued paid time-off.
