Project Manager (Burbank)

Optomi, in partnership with a leading organization in the entertainment industry, is seeking a highly skilled Product Build Technology Project Manager to support a major facilities renovation and construction initiative. This role sits at the intersection of construction, technology integration, and operational excellencedriving complex build-outs while coordinating cross-functional technical and engineering teams. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of construction project leadership, technical acumen, and stakeholder management, thriving in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.

Responsibilities of the right candidate :

• Lead technology integration efforts across construction and renovation projects within corporate real estate initiatives.
• Oversee full project lifecycle from design coordination to procurement, installation, move-in, and final approvals.
• Serve as primary liaison between Studio Operations, Real Estate, Architects, General Contractors, and Technology teams.
• Manage multiple simultaneous projects with competing priorities.
• Utilize project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, JIRA) for milestone tracking, procurement oversight, budgeting, and reporting.
• Facilitate meetings and ensure stakeholder alignment across internal and external partners.
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards using tools such as MS Power BI.
• Identify operational risks and inefficiencies; implement process improvements.
• Support technical teams including audio / visual, sound, projection, and union labor groups.
