You will oversee all phases of commercial roofing projects in the Baltimore-Washington area. This includes planning, coordination, and execution—from initial award to final closeout. Key Responsibilities :

• Plan and manage commercial roofing projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project
• Prepare and manage project documentation : contracts, submittals, change orders, RFIs, and closeouts
• Conduct site visits to monitor safety, quality, and progress
• Coordinate material deliveries and equipment logistics
• Review and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and internal safety guidelines
• Track progress, costs, and profitability of multiple ongoing projects
• Support estimation and bidding efforts as needed
