Job Coach / DSP (Direct Support Personnel)

Locations

Santa Monica to North Hollywood (roundtrip / M, Wed, Fri)

Santa Monica to Beverly Hills (roundtrip / Fridays)

Schedule

Mondays - Fridays

9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Experience

Some professional or personal experience supporting individuals with special needs (preferred).

Job Coach or DSP (Direct Support Professional) experience is helpful but not required.

Additional

Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays :

Pick up our client from his home in Santa Monica and take him to his place of employment in Beverly Hills / Pico-Robertson Area. Perform as his Job Coach at the work site. At end of shift, take him back home (mileage reimbursement provided).

Tuesdays & Thursdays :

Pick up our client from his home in Santa Monica and take him to his place of employment in North Hollywood. Perform as his Job Coach at the work site. At end of shift, take him back home (mileage reimbursement provided).

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age
• A valid driver's license (for a minimum of three years), clean driving record, and insured vehicle (with your name listed as an authorized driver)
• Willingness to transport client using personal vehicle (with mileage reimbursement)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Jewish traditions and culture helpful (not required)
