Speed + Precision : You can produce dozens (sometimes hundreds) of meals with consistency, care, and top-tier presentation.

Catering Background (Preferred) : Bonus if you’ve handled off-site catering or bulk meal prep operations.

No Line Cooks or Supervisors : This is a hands-on chef role that requires independent execution and leadership in the kitchen.
