Hoffmann Aviation is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented A&P Mechanic to join our dedicated maintenance team. You'll be working hands-on with a versatile fleet of 10 single-engine pistons, twin pistons, and multi-engine turboprops in an environment that emphasizes precision, reliability, and team cohesion.

What You'll Do :
Conduct preventative maintenance, inspections, modifications, and repairs in line with FARs, manufacturer guidelines, technical manuals, and industry standards.
Support and train with the inspection department's Quality Management System.
Manage critical component inventories to ensure readiness for unscheduled maintenance.
Maintain aircraft interior and exterior to operational and presentation standards.
Care for hangar assets, tools, and ground equipment with accountability and attention to detail.
Operate aircraft on the ground as trained and authorized.
Document diagnostics, repairs, and return-to-service info with clear, accurate records.
What You Bring :
3-5 years of experience with Part 91 piston and / or turboprop aircraft.
A mindset rooted in precision, accountability, and mission focus.
Strong English communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently or as part of a disciplined team.
Willingness to work overtime when needed to meet operational demands.
Preferred Credentials :
A&P license (required)
Structural repair and sheet metal experience a plus
Willingness to travel in support of operational objectives
Physical & Operational Requirements :
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and access various aircraft components and equipment
Comfortable working at heights and in all seasons
Must pass a drug test and background check
