Intellectual Property Legal Assistant (HYBRID) - Direct Hire

Job Summary

Beacon Hill Legal is looking for an experienced IP Legal Assistant to join the Indianapolis office of a national full service law firm. The Legal Assistant will support the firm's Indy based IP attorneys with a variety of patent and trademark prosecution, and IP litigation matters. The firm offers a hybrid work schedule and the works are 8 : 30am - 5 : 00PM. Duties include but aren't limited to :

• Preparing, reviewing, and processing patent and trademark applications, filings and renewals;
• Managing daily incoming and outgoing correspondence with clients, outside counsel, and the USPTO;
• Performing USPTO filings;
• Assisting with IP litigation including preparing exhibits for trial;
• Managing expense reimbursements;
• Entering attorney billable time;
• and more!
