Sunbelt Staffing is seeking an experienced Home Health RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Lavonia, GA. This opportunity is ideal for nurses who thrive in autonomous environments and have a strong background in OASIS documentation and Homecare Homebase. Locals and travelers both accepted.

Key Responsibilities :

Deliver skilled nursing care in patients homes

Collaborate with care team to support individualized treatment plans

Complete OASIS documentation with 24-hour turnaround

Document visits and assessments in Homecare Homebase

Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to providers

Qualifications :

Active Georgia RN license

Minimum 2 years of recent home health experience

OASIS proficiency with 24-hour turnaround required

Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) required

Reliable transportation, drivers license, and car insurance

Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and Joint Commission-compliant onboarding
