Job Title : Proceduralist

Position Overview

Alleviant Integrated Mental Health of Jonesboro is looking for a Procedure Specialist to join our team. At our clinic, the Proceduralist will fulfill the care requirements of our patients. Under the direction Chief Clinical Officer and Director of Procedures. The Proceduralist will be fully accountable for ensuring that the utmost in competent care and safety is consistently delivered to all patients. This opportunity awaits a motivated and ambitious professional with patient care experience.

Essential Job Functions

  • Provide basic care to patients daily
  • Administer medications and document therapeutic effects
  • Monitor and document vital signs
  • Assist with patient comfort
  • Help coach staff as necessary
  • Set up procedure rooms
  • Perform follow up calls
  • Inventory and stock supplies
  • Will perform TMS treatments after training
  • Will perform spectral EEGs after training

Physical Demands

  • Employee must occasionally lift and / or move up to 40 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Requires ability to work under stressful situations demanding high concentration and energy level.

    • Qualifications

  • Up to date first aid and CPR certification (required)
  • Direct Patient Care Experience (preferred)
  • Motivated to learn clinic policies and procedures, including our EMR
  • Exceptional professional behavior and customer service skills
  • Compassionate and friendly demeanor
  • Must be able to get to work on time, personal life must be well managed (reliable childcare, reliable transportation etc.)

    • Job Context

    Majority of the responsibilities will take place at Alleviant Integrated Mental Health of Jonesboro.

    Individual shift schedules are TBD. Individual responsibilities are mostly limited to providing clients outstanding, satisfactory services.

    Additionally, contributing to the corporate culture and activities are expected. The atmosphere is positive, encouraging, and teamwork oriented.

    Ability to work early morning and / or early evening is highly preferred.
