About On-Demand
You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand Team Member (TM). Your schedule may vary depending on shift availability and store needs. This role is ideal for those seeking a personalized work schedule. On-Demand TMs are not included on the posted weekly schedule but can create their own schedule by picking up shifts posted by leaders or other team members via the myTime mobile scheduling app. Reliability and prompt attendance are necessary. Active engagement by picking up shifts at least once every 4 weeks (minimum four hours) is required. If you do not respond to our contact attempts or do not work at least one shift within 5 months, employment may be terminated. After being offered a position, you will attend Target Welcome orientation and commit to a short-term training schedule. The myTime app is used to pick shifts after training.

Deliver fast, easy service at checklanes, guest services, gift registry, pick-up and drive up while maintaining quality.
