IT Specialist - Part Time

Pride Motor Group Inc is seeking a part-time IT professional to assist our three dealerships with their technology needs. This individual will be responsible for analyzing, troubleshooting and evaluating both hardware and software technology issues. This role supports internal clients helping to keep employees productive and interacts with our outside vendors when needed, to address IT issues that affect our 3 locations.

Job Responsibilities

• Installing new software and hardware components.
• Evaluate our IT systems to ensure they meet the necessary demands.
• Assisting with network administration tasks.
• Ensuring data storage is safe and secure.
• Resolving all issues coworkers have with their IT systems and software.
• Educating coworkers about network security and best practices for computer usage.
• Supporting the day-to-day operations of our computer network.

Qualifications

This position is part-time, 3 days per week. We can be flexible with your schedule and responsibilities. You will receive paid sick time as dictated by MA law and you may be eligible for our 401k plan if you meet the minimum service and age requirements.
