job_description.job_card.job_descriptionParticipate in daily maintenance crossover meetings to prioritize and assign work. Perform preventative maintenance. Perform test and inspect items per computer generated schedule on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Repair of equipment breakdowns. Scheduled maintenance according to scheduled shutdowns. Orders parts from vendors. Work with schematics and blueprints to troubleshoot systems. Respond to building emergencies. Work with operators on process improvements and train operators on routine preventative maintenance. Support engineering projects including trials and installation. Design and build necessary parts. Coordinate with contractors as needed. Maintain good housekeeping in maintenance department and after completing jobs. Working in a safe manner and following all HS & EP regulations, policies and procedures including participation in First Responder training. High School Diploma or equivalent required, with at least 5 years industrial electrical / mechanical maintenance experience. Working knowledge of electrical systems & controls. Mechanical machine repair experience. RSLogix 5, 500 and 5000 Software. Communication Protocols (RS232, Ethernet / IP, DH and DH+, ASI bus network) Knowledge of instrumentation theory (4-20 MA, 0-10 VDC, process scaling etc.) Knowledge of transducers and their operation (pressure, temperature, flow, distance, I / P etc.) Ability to work in a team environment. Detail oriented. Strong communication skills. Working knowledge of DC drives and AC frequency drives Working knowledge of PLC’s, preferably Allen Bradley Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs., climb ladders, operate variety of hand tools, and operate a forklift Frequent lifting, standing, bending, twisting, stooping is required as part of this position. Majority of work is performed in the manufacturing area.

Overview :
We are seeking a skilled Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to join our team on 1st Shift. The primary function is to provide maintenance support for the site. This includes repair, troubleshooting, and maintaining a wide variety of industrial building, equipment and process systems including plumbing and electrical / mechanical maintenance.
