To also provide mental health consultation and outreach services to the university community. Position Type FullTime Type of Recruitment General Public Minimum Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Counseling; Counseling / Psychology or Social Work from an accredited institution
• Licensed eligible within one year as a Professional Counselor or Clinical Social Worker.
• Knowledge of the practices, procedures, processes and / or protocols for the provision of counseling services in a mental health agency or college or university counseling center.
• Knowledge of college student development.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise mental health professionals in training.
• Internship at a University / College Counseling Services or mental health agency.
• Completion of graduate internship at a mental health agency.
• Experience as a counselor in college / university counseling center or in a mental health agency.

Preferred Qualifications Preferred licensed in VA as a licensed professional counselor or social worker.
