The Coding Support Specialist plays a vital role in supporting daily operations within the Acute and Ambulatory Middle Revenue Cycle. This position focuses on key performance indicators such as DNFC, Pre-AR days, and Charge Lag days. The specialist assists in planning, coordinating, and executing both analytical and operational tasks related to revenue cycle projects.

This position is full-time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.

We offer 4 weeks of on-the-job training. The hours of training will be aligned with your schedule.

The hourly pay for this role will range from $28.27 - $50.48 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
