LOCATION : United Memorial Medical Center DEPARTMENT : Nursery RESPONSIBILITIES / ATTRIBUTES 36 hours / week – 3 twelve hour shifts – a mix of days / nights / weekends Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) Certification acquired prior to start date or obtained during orientation Neonatal experience required (New grads welcomed with NICU / Nursery experience) OFFERINGS Lucrative compensation Paid malpractice with tail coverage Additional benefits; Relocation services; Loan forgiveness and pension plan 4 weeks of vacation, 1 week of CME Comprehensive health benefits PAY RANGE $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants.
