Commerce Cloud Consultant

Domain Expertise :

Strong understanding of retail business processes (merchandising, store ops, omni-channel commerce).

In-depth knowledge of supply chain planning, order management, transportation, and logistics.

Hands-on experience with warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP EWM, Oracle WMS, HighJump).

Technical Skills :

Proficiency in enterprise integration patterns, APIs, event-driven architectures, and microservices.

Solid experience with Azure cloud platform and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).

Familiarity with data platforms, analytics, and real-time visibility solutions in supply chain / retail context.

Experience with enterprise platforms covering ERP, WMS, OMS, TMS, POS, and e-commerce platforms.

Leadership & Soft Skills :

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and conceptual skills.

Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Experience in leading cross-functional teams, influencing senior stakeholders, and managing vendor partnerships.

Experience working as embedded consultant within client organizations.

Multi-team coordination across distributed delivery teams.

Change management and team mentoring capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

12+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years in enterprise / solution architecture roles.

Proven experience in designing and implementing large-scale IT solutions.

Certifications such as AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform Solution Architect, or SAFe are a plus.

Global exposure with multi-region retail / supply chain implementations Preferred
