Job Summary

The Associate at Inkhouse is an entry-level position for college graduates who want to explore a career in communications. Our 6-month program gives you the opportunity to learn the ropes of public relations in our people-first environment where you will make an impact on both your clients and co-workers.

Job Responsibilities

• Mastering PR tools such as Cision, Muck Rack, PRNewswire and Trendkite
• Client and industry research
• Media and social media influencer list creation
• Coverage monitoring and reporting
• First draft of communications, briefing documents, press materials and social media content
• Research speaking opportunities and building speaking and awards lists
• Flexibility to help out where needed
• Reporting for quarterly dashboards
• Contribute ideas to PR plans, new business pitches, brainstorms, etc.

Job Requirements

Target Start Date : January 2026. Associates must be able to work 40 hours / week, Monday-Friday, on a 9 a.m.-to-5 p.m. Eastern Time or Pacific Time schedule depending on the office location. This role is based in Waltham, M.A. or New York, N.Y. on a hybrid basis, in-office 3 days per week.

Compensation : $50,000.00 - $52,000.00 (depending on qualifications)
