The Warehouse Trainer will conduct New Employee Orientation and ensure that employees are trained to work safely and follow all policies and procedures set in place.
Experience : Previous training and warehouse experience is a plus
Schedule :
- Monday - Friday : 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm

Conduct New Employee Orientation and Benefits trainingEnsure associates have all tools necessary to complete their job responsibilitiesSet a standard of excellence in job performance, attendance, and adherence to all policies and proceduresAssist with identifying root cause for common errors made and developing a solution to resolve the problemContinuously follows up and keeps lines of communication open with new hiresConsistently monitors and assesses a new employees performance and identifies specific skill / gaps to ensure training objectives are satisfiedProvides input and makes recommendations regarding the procedures and practices of new hire trainingIssues assessment tools to monitor participant progressAssist with interpreting when needed for interviews, training, and orientationPerform other related duties as assignedJob Requirements and Skills :
Bilingual in English / Spanish is perferred but not requiredAbility to assist and train in all departments of the companyAbility to communicate proficiently in both English and Spanish is preferred as you may be assisting both English and Spanish-speaking employeesAbility to work in a non-climate-controlled environmentAbility to communicate effectively with all levels of the companyFT warehouse new hire trainingAssist with PT training when neededGive 1-week / 3-week updates weeklyPresent the Safety OrientationTrain employees on PITAssist with training updatesPresent outbound trainingAssist with stocking / picking when time allowsWorking with Supervisors on 60-day performance reviewsAll other misc. training assigned.Requirements :
