About The Position

ID : 73298649 Shift : Day 3x12-Hour (07 : 00 - 19 : 00) Description : 2S Med Rehab RN3x12 DAYS 7a, weekdays, every other weekend, floatUnit Description : 24 Beds. Cerebrovascular disease, traumatic brain injury, amputees, spinal cord injuries, deconditioning, neurological diseasesSpecial Procedures / Unit Details : Each patient has a care team assigned to them. A physiatrist, NP, nurse, 2 therapist (depending on need which 2 they are), and social worker. The team collaborates to create a plan for the patient. Therapy works with the pt's 3 hours a day M-F. LOS is around 2 weeks.Orientation held every other week on ThursdayCerts Required : BLS (must be AHA), acute care rehab preferredRatio : Days 1 : 4 / 5, Nights 1 : 5 / 6Experience Required : 2 Years of RN Experience Required; 1 Year in-specialty Experience required; Charge exp preferredFirst-timers acceptedEvery other weekend requiredNo call requirementRN Can be floated within scope to meet facilities needs when requiredOpen to accommodating block schedule requests - discuss in interview100mi.
