Overview

Heatcraft Refrigeration is a long-standing leader in the world of commercial refrigeration, providing climate-control solutions. Their state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in the cities of Stone Mountain and Tifton, Georgia, produce evaporators, condensers, compressor racks, and other top-quality refrigeration products for their six market-leading brands : Bohn, Larkin, Climate Control, Chandler, Magna Industrial and InterLink. Heatcraft products are primarily used to preserve food and other perishables in supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants, warehouses and distribution centers, in addition to other applications such as data centers, pharmaceutical and industrial process cooling.

Location : Tifton, GA (100% Onsite)

What you'll be doing

As a Controls Engineer at Heatcraft, you will lead and support complex software engineering efforts related to embedded systems, electronic controls, and system integration. Your work will play a key role in optimizing our automation and controls infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate embedded software and control system components.
• Take technical ownership of projects or phases of projects, from planning through execution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and coordinate engineering support staff to ensure successful outcomes.
• Develop and implement software applications, including Windows-based tools and interfaces.
• Translate system specifications into robust, scalable software components.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers as needed.

Note : We are considering candidates at Levels I through III for this position. The salary range is approximately $72,000 to $140,000 and will be based on the individual's experience, education, and qualifications.
