MedCadre is seeking a travel nurse RN Behavioral Health for a travel nursing job in Greensburg, Pennsylvania.

Shift : Night 3x12-Hour (19 : 00 - 07 : 00)

Travel Pay Rate : $2106 weekly ($23.90 / hr on w2 + $1246 / week stipend)

Start Date : 10 / 20 / 2025

Job Type : 13-week Contract

Position Summary :

This will be primarily for the adult BH units.

Open to straight nights

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct thorough mental health and physical assessments of patients.

Monitor patients’ emotional and psychological status regularly.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety.

Respond to psychiatric emergencies, including suicidal or aggressive behavior.

Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute insights on patient progress.

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including observations and interventions.

Educate patients and families about mental health conditions, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.

Required Qualifications :

BLS

RN license in hand

Minimum 1 year experience in behavioral health speciality
