Overview

Small Plaintiff's Personal Injury firm seeking an associate attorney to handle case load on Florida Keys / South Florida cases. With oversight this position includes everything from intake through trial. Remote work is acceptable but, some in office, hearing, and client meetings would be in Islamorada Office.

Responsibilities

  • Handle a caseload from intake through trial on Florida Keys / South Florida auto accident and premises liability cases, with supervision as needed.
  • Coordinate with clients and supervising attorneys to manage case progression and meet deadlines.
  • Attend in-office hearings and client meetings in Islamorada as required; remote work is acceptable when appropriate.

Qualifications

  • Experience with auto accident and premises liability claims is required.
  • Some trial experience is preferred.
  • Good communicator with baseline knowledge of medical conditions, treatment, and billing.
