🏥 CVICU RN – Level 1 Trauma | Travel Assignment\n\nSetting : High-acuity, fast-paced Level 1 Trauma Center with complex cardiac care\n\n🔹 Key Requirements : \nExperience : \n\nMinimum 3+ years recent CVICU / ICU experience in large academic or trauma centers\n\nStrong critical care background required\n\nECMO experience strongly preferred\n\nCRRT, open heart surgery, AAA, and transplant experience preferred\n\nPrevious travel experience highly preferred\n\nCertifications & Skills : \n\nProficient with EPIC (required)\n\nComfortable with floating across critical care units\n\nScheduling : \n\nNo self-scheduling – flexibility required\n\nEvery other weekend (EOW) required\n\nEnvironment : \n\nBusy, high-volume unit with a collaborative but fast-paced team\n\nMust be able to adapt quickly and perform under pressure
