Motorized Material Handler

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Motorized Material Handler to join their team. As a Motorized Material Handler, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting production and logistics teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong safety mindset, attention to detail, and good teamwork skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location : Itasca, IL

Pay Rate : 20.35

Shift : 9AM-5 : 30PM

What's the Job?

  • Comply with established safety practices, policies, and procedures, including PPE, ZES, PIT / PED safety protocols
  • Read and interpret factory work orders and shipping / receiving documents to understand customer requirements
  • Monitor conveyor lines, remove units, and load units into trailers or storage areas
  • Verify load tags and unit counts for accuracy
  • Inspect finished units for damage and strap integrity during loading processes

What's Needed?

  • Proven success in safety, attendance, and work quality
  • Certified to operate a forklift safely
  • Ability to accurately use and read measuring devices
  • Basic knowledge of computer operations
  • Willingness to learn, follow instructions, ask questions, and work effectively as part of a team
