BLS certification; ACLS certification.\nThis position requires 4-6 years recent hospital experience in which an advanced level of leadership, interpersonal and problem solving skills has been demonstrated. Previous management experience preferred\nWhat you will do\nThe Administrative Supervisor is primarily responsible for representing Administration on their assigned shifts, communicating administrative concerns and implementing hospital policy.\nThey may assist Nurse Manager or Charge Nurse with staffing and the allocation of staff to meet workload demands; coordinates placement of float staff; collaborates with Directors and Nurse Managers / Unit Manager on operational issues and serves as a resource to internal and external customers.\nFunctions as a mediator between internal departments to facilitate patient care by resolving issues / problems.\nAbout our Health System\nNorth Alabama Shoals Hospital is a 198-bed general acute care facility boasting spacious, private rooms for all patients, a 24-hour emergency department, medical and oncology services; medical / surgical inpatient units; short-stay surgery units.
