Key Responsibilities of the Junior Account Executive

• Promote Frontier’s residential telecom services through structured Direct-to-Door outreach, engaging new customers in assigned territories.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments and recommend customized solutions for Frontier’s internet, TV, and wireless offerings.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead engagement, account setup, service activation, and post-sale follow-up.
• Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and client acquisition benchmarks.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions, service recommendations, and account updates using Frontier’s CRM system.
• Represent Frontier with professionalism, product knowledge, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Collaborate with team leads to refine outreach strategies, share insights, and enhance overall customer engagement efforts.
