MetroSys is seeking a Contract Subject Matter Expert (SME) to assess and align current contract execution practices with Management and Operating (M&O) requirements.

This expert will support compliance reviews, perform flow-down analysis, and provide strategic recommendations to ensure contractual obligations are met efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Analyze current contract practices against M&O contractual requirements.
  • Identify discrepancies or gaps in compliance and execution.
  • Conduct flow-down analysis of task order requirements and ensure alignment across subcontractors and internal teams.
  • Recommend corrective actions or improvements for contract administration and execution.
  • Collaborate with legal, compliance, and project management teams to ensure consistent interpretation and application of contract terms.
  • Support audits and prepare documentation for internal and external review.

Qualifications :

  • Extensive experience in federal or DOE contracting environments, preferably in M&O operations.
  • Deep understanding of FAR, DEAR, and government contract management practices.
  • Experience with task order management, compliance oversight, and flow-down requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills.
