Are you an experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) ready to make a difference in a patient’s life? Care Unlimited Health Services is immediately hiring skilled and caring nurses for one-on-one home care in the Hawaiian Gardens area.

Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Available Shifts :

Full-Time : 8 AM−4 PM (7 days a week)

Weekends : 8 AM−4 PM and 4 PM−12 AM

What You'll Be Doing :

Providing dedicated, one-on-one care in the patient's home.

Preparing, administering, and recording medications per physician orders.

Managing emergency protocols and patient situations as needed.

Working closely with our Case Manager, RN Supervisor, and Director of Nursing.

Adhering to all HIPAA guidelines and agency standards of care.

Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Essential Qualifications :

Current California State LVN License and CPR Certification .

A minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience.

Proficiency with Ventilators and Tracheostomy Care .

Familiarity with G-Tube Feeding .

Current TB / Physical Clearance documentation.

Valid CA Driver's License or reliable transportation (travel to the patient's home is required).
