Charge Nurse

JOB TITLE : ASC Charge Nurse

GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES :

Managing day-to-day operations of the surgery center. This includes but is not limited to overseeing the scheduling of procedures, scheduling and managing staff, inventory control, human resources, staff credentialing, preventive maintenance and safety, assistance with marketing, QA / QI, and risk management.

This position will also have an active role as a PACU nurse.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing; current RN License.
• Minimum one year of clinical experience.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Current state RN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• ACLS required.
• ASPAN membership preferred.
• CPR required.
