Talent Acquisition Specialist
Texas A&M University is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a Talent Specialist, you will identify, attract, and hire top talent to help us reach our business goals. Our immediate need is for a Talent Specialist III.
Minimum qualifications for a Talent Specialist III : Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience and five full years of full cycle recruiting experience.
Minimum qualifications for a Talent Specialist I : Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience and one full year of HR related experience.
Minimum qualifications for a Talent Specialist II : Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience and three full years of full cycle recruiting experience.
Compensation and classification : Compensation will be commensurate to selected hire's experience.
