Position : Service Team
Job Classification : Part-Time / Variable Hour, Non-Exempt
Reports To : Service Manager / Lead or General Manager

Work Schedule : We'll work with your schedule! Shifts are varied & flexible. Hours per week depends on your schedule. Weekend availability is required.
Summary of Role : Members of the Service Team hold the positions of Server, Host and / or Bartender. Service Team members provide genuine hospitality to guests while acting as productive members of our team. They are expected be knowledgeable, guest focused and able to process information and tasks quickly.

Server hourly pay rate range of $2.13-$4.30 per hour plus direct and / or indirect tips.

Servers, Bartenders, Hosts and Runners each have role-specific responsibilities related to guest service and food / beverage handling. ALL service team members are expected to
Maintain cleanliness at all timesCommunicate professionally & efficiently with guests and colleaguesWork to master menu knowledgePerform opening, closing, and cleaning dutiesAct as a teammate by continually assisting othersPerform additional service related duties as assigned by managersWhat we need from you :
Prior restaurant service experience preferred but not requiredBe able to communicate in and understand the predominant language of our guestsStrong verbal and written communication skillsNatural empathy; passion for creating memorable experiences of hospitalityAbility and willingness to move quickly, efficiently and safely through the restaurantStrong work ethic to execute demanding work under pressurePositive attitude that remains consistent under pressurePhysical Demands :
Ability to be on your feet & walking up to 8 hoursAbility to climb stairs multiple times during a shiftAbility to reach & lift above the head as neededAbility to lift, balance and move items up to 30 lbs. (Primarily this will be large food trays)Ability to squat, bend, and twist your body as neededAbility to function in a work environment that is, at times, hot, loud, in tight spaces with colleagues, contains wet and slippery surfaces
