Quality Engineer

Our client is a family-owned machining manufacturer based in the Southern Suburbs of Chicago, specializing in the automotive and agricultural sectors. They serve notable clients like Bosch and Case New Holland. The position will focus on managing customer interactions, identifying and resolving root causes, submitting PPAPs, and supporting internal ISO audit processes.

Job Description

• Overseeing the entire PPAP process
• Preparing and conducting internal ISO 9001 audits
• Working directly with customers to discuss reports and non-conformances
• Leading corrective actions through Root Cause Analysis methods
• Reading and interpreting blueprints
• PFMEAs
