Comply with General Motors training and standardsMonitor customer comments and provide feedback through social media and ensure reputation management policies are in placeOversee and manage daily operations of the internet salesPrepare metrics and reports that can be used to measure performance of the departmentEnergetic leader with the ability to train, motivate and retain a successful sales teamDemonstrate above average knowledge of automotive internet processesWork with third party vendors such as AutoTrader and True Car to generate and boost lead countsProvide exceptional customer serviceEfficiently set appointmentsRequirements :
