About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Profession : Nursing

Specialty : ED / Trauma

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : 3rd, 12-hour nights, float as needed, every other weekend

Hours per Shift : 12

Experience : Minimum years of experience required in clinical competence and management of target patient populations specific to area of employment

License : Current state Registered Nurse License or a Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the NLC

Certifications :

• Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Trauma Nurse Course Certification (TNCC)
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

Must-Have :

Description :

The Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for an identified group of patients in an inpatient environment.

This individual demonstrates competency in the delivery of care to a primarily adult population.

The role incorporates essential functions which are adapted from the Nursing : Scope and Standards of Practice.

Advancement in nursing knowledge is expected through completion of education from an accredited School of Nursing to be eligible for licensure as a Registered Nurse.
