Job Title : Tax Accountant

Job Location : Lafayette, LA (onsite)

Salary : $55,000- $105,000(DOE)

Requirements :   +2 Years of Public Accounting Tax

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Tax Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and providing valuable tax advice to our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of tax laws and regulations, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and file accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
• Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients.
• Analyze financial information to identify tax-saving opportunities.
• Maintain and update client records and documentation for tax purposes.
• Assist clients with tax-related inquiries and issues.
• Stay current on tax laws and regulations to provide informed advice.
