As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a healthcare setting, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols throughout the location, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents, and responding to situations as they arise. You will be expected to provide exceptional customer service and clear communication, assisting anyone in need and addressing concerns with professionalism. What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Assist hospital staff with de-escalation of situations involving patients; restrain combative individuals as necessary (within company and customer guidelines)

Transport deceased patients to the morgue, as needed

Assist in escorting patients from helicopter pad (high elevation) to the emergency room
