Director of Incident Management

A company is looking for a Director of IDD Incident Management and Quality Outcomes, Performance-Based Contracting.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the full lifecycle of incident management, including reporting, investigation preparation, resolution, and preventive follow-up

Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation regulations, meeting or exceeding all reporting deadlines

Develop and deliver annual training on incident management for staff at all levels

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Experience in incident management and quality assurance in a healthcare or non-profit setting

Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and performance-based contracting

Proven leadership experience in managing diverse teams

Ability to analyze data and utilize analytics tools like PowerBI

Relevant advanced degree or equivalent experience in a related field
