Salary : $16.50

Type : Part-time position, expected to work non-standard hours; nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

POSITION SUMMARY :

The Event Greeter reports to the Senior Event Manager and works closely with all departments at @the Grounds. The Event Greeting Team is responsible for welcoming patrons who enter, ensuring the atrium area remains clean and orderly, and handing out promotional materials to customers as they enter. All part-time employees are eligible for our Simple IRA after 90 days of employment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES :

Under the guidance of the Senior Event Manager, the Event Greeters are responsible for the following :

• Offer a warm welcome by personally greeting every visitor who enters and leaves @the Grounds.
• must be friendly, while at the same time enforcing rules if guests do not follow the @the Grounds regulations.
• Respond quickly and efficiently to all guest / client requests.
• Works with other departments to provide exceptional guest and client services.
• Adhere to all @the Grounds security, policy, and procedures to ensure safety.
• Work with the Events Department throughout your shift to ensure events run smoothly.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the Atrium / lobby area.
• Other duties as assigned.
